Warranty Condition
The warranty applies to the product defects from materials manufacturing under the normal use condition.
The company would change spares without any service charge excluding delivery fee requiring additional payment.
Please check the products immediately when you receive. This warranty only covers products in perfect condition
and do not scrape, remove or cause damage to any or all parts, unless the warranty will be expired.
The company reserves the rights to not provide service for products in irregular condition. The warranty is valid
during an indicated period only. If products are damaged due to these following causes,
the warranty will be terminated;

         1. Damage from the abnormal shape such as nicked, broken, bended, pierced or partially missing part.
         2. Damage from chemicals caused from any reason.
         3. Damage from unusual use, modification, adaptation and burn.
         4. Damage from natural disaster.
         5. Damage from other applications which do not reach the company standard.
         6. Damage from crash and fall.

Warranty Policy

In case of damage from normal use, the company would proceed these steps as below;
1. Change to a new one of same model [during 7 days after customer receive product and it must not be used before].
2. Change to a new one by other similar model and the company would inform the customer in advance.
3. Upgrade to a better technology product by additional payment from customer. Anyway, the customer would be informed to confirm this upgrade.
4. If customer wants to wait for changing product, the company would notify approximately arrival date of product and periodical progress.

Product Claims
1. Bangkok and Neighbouring Provinces

    During 7 days after customer receives product and never use it before, the company would change to a new one within 7 days
    since the product is returned to the company.

2.  International
    2.1 During 7 days after customer receives product and never use it before, the company would change to a new one within 14 days
         since the product is returned to the company.
    2.2 If warranty is nearly expired within 7 days, please send an email to the customer service in advance for consideration. However,
 
       the product must be delivered by EMS only.
    2.3 The company takes no responsibility for any damage caused from wrong package or transportation (please contain product in cushion).


Expired Warranty Products
In case of expired warranty, customer could send product to be repaired. Anyway, the company reserves the right to issue a billing to customer and if the product is sent to manufacturer for fixing, it would take about 40-60 days.
