In case of damage from normal use, the company would proceed these steps
as below; 1. Change to a new one of same model [during 7 days after customer receive product and it must not be used before]. 2. Change to a new one by other similar model and the company would inform the customer in advance. 3. Upgrade to a better technology product by additional payment from customer. Anyway, the customer would be informed to confirm this upgrade. 4. If customer wants to wait for changing product, the company would notify approximately arrival date of product and periodical progress. Product Claims 1. Bangkok and Neighbouring Provinces During 7 days after customer receives product and never use it before, the company would change to a new one within 7 days since the product is returned to the company. 2. International 2.1 During 7 days after customer receives product and never use it before, the company would change to a new one within 14 days since the product is returned to the company. 2.2 If warranty is nearly expired within 7 days, please send an email to the customer service in advance for consideration. However, the product must be delivered by EMS only. 2.3 The company takes no responsibility for any damage caused from wrong package or transportation (please contain product in cushion). Expired Warranty Products In case of expired warranty, customer could send product to be repaired. Anyway, the company reserves the right to issue a billing to customer and if the product is sent to manufacturer for fixing, it would take about 40-60 days.
